Tech Solutions has been providing tools for tenant reporting since 1987,
when it first introduced the Manager's Helper (designed to give resident
managers the ability and confidence to easily do tenant certifications).
There are currently over 2,000 Managers Helpers being used throughout
the country. The PC-Based Dash-29 was introduced in 1988. Named after the 1944-29, ("dash-twenty nine"). Now the Dash-29 Plus is currently being used to submit thousands of 1944-29 Project Worksheets all over the country. It has evolved around the rule changes from RHS and the IRS. Now, High Tech Solutions is proud to offer a revolutionary new product
Internet Compliance Officer. This "management minded" approach to compliance reduces the cost to manage
properties while maintaining all of the controls. High
Tech Solutions still does not charge for technical support.
Support is provided without any additional charge.
We feel that if a product needs support, it should be enhanced so
that it doesn’t. We encourage customers to call if they have questions or need
help.
